Beckham Law Spain
Planning to work in Spain? Roch Agency helps you assess the special tax regime for people relocating to Spain, commonly known as the Beckham Law, and prepare your application with practical support from start to finish.
Understand the special tax regime
Eligible applicants can use the regime in the tax year they become resident in Spain and the following five tax years. Qualifying employment income is generally taxed at 24% up to €600,000; higher rates apply above that amount. The treatment of other income depends on its type and source.
Beckham Law eligibility in Spain
Applicants generally must not have been tax resident in Spain during the previous five tax periods and must relocate through a qualifying route. These can include employment, qualifying remote work, certain company directorships, entrepreneurial activity and specific highly qualified professional activities. Ordinary freelance work does not automatically qualify.
We review your move dates, employment or business arrangements and supporting documents. Company ownership, the nature of the company and your role can affect eligibility. Applications are time-sensitive, so contact us before or soon after your move.
Our application support: €499 + VAT
Our service includes eligibility assessment, a document checklist, preparation and coordination of the Beckham Law application, NIE support, digital certificate setup and submission follow-up. Any applicable public fees are quoted separately. Residence registration and family immigration services are separate from the tax application.
