Service fees

Residencia: €299 + VAT. EU residence registration support, EX-18 preparation, padrón and digital certificate assistance.
Health card & Seguridad Social registration: €149 + VAT. Registration and health-card application assistance, subject to eligibility.
Spanish digital certificate: €80 + VAT. Standalone application and setup support.

All prices exclude VAT. Official fees, translations, apostilles and shipping are additional where required and are confirmed before you proceed. Family and non-EU residence cases are quoted individually.

NIE and EU residency: choose the right process

A NIE is your Spanish foreigner identification number. It is used for administrative and financial procedures, including property purchases and tax matters. A NIE alone does not grant a right to live or work in Spain.

EU, EEA and Swiss citizens staying in Spain for more than three months generally need to register their residence. We help prepare the EX-18 application and the documents for the applicable route, such as employment, self-employment, study, or sufficient resources and health cover.

Practical relocation support

Our support can include a review of your circumstances, a tailored document checklist, form preparation, appointment coordination and follow-up. We confirm the service scope, professional fees, official charges and any translation requirements before you proceed.

We can also assist with padrón registration at your local town hall and obtaining a Spanish digital certificate for online administration. These are separate procedures: municipal registration and a digital certificate do not replace immigration or residence requirements.

Families and non-EU applicants

Non-EU citizens and family members may need a different residence or visa procedure. We review nationality, family relationship and the purpose of the move, then coordinate the appropriate steps with our local partners. Requirements and personal attendance depend on your route and circumstances.

How we help you get started

  1. Tell us your nationality, current location and planned move.

  2. We review the relevant procedure and provide your document checklist.

  3. We confirm the scope and fees, then prepare the agreed applications.

  4. Attend any required appointment with the correct documents.

  5. We support follow-up and the next agreed administrative steps.

Frequently asked questions

Does buying a property give me Spanish residency?

No. Property ownership and residency are separate matters. We assess the residence route that applies to you.

Can everything be completed remotely?

Some preparation can be handled remotely. Identity checks, appointments or digital-certificate verification may require personal attendance.

Is padrón the same as residence registration?

No. Padrón records your local address. EU residence registration or the applicable immigration procedure is separate.

Can you guarantee approval or an appointment date?

No. Decisions and appointment availability are controlled by the relevant authorities. We focus on accurate preparation and practical coordination.
