Our company setup package is €1,499 + VAT plus official state fees. It includes support with the e-Residency application and company registration. The agreed scope, required documents and any additional services are confirmed before you proceed.
What e-Residency provides
Estonian e-Residency is a government-issued digital identity. It allows you to access supported digital services, sign documents and manage an Estonian company online. Approval is subject to the authorities’ checks, and the digital ID must be collected in person.
E-Residency does not grant citizenship, a visa, a residence permit or a right to live in Estonia. It does not change your personal tax residency or guarantee a bank account.
Virtual office and accounting support
Our ongoing service is €149 + VAT per month for virtual office, bookkeeping and applicable VAT and tax filing support within the agreed scope. We coordinate the practical administration so you can focus on your business.
We help clarify registered-address and contact-person requirements, bookkeeping records, annual reports and tax registrations. VAT registration depends on your activity and circumstances; it is assessed separately from company incorporation.

Can I manage the company remotely?
Many administration tasks can be completed digitally using an accepted Estonian digital ID. Some steps, including e-Residency card collection, require personal attendance.
Will my business only pay tax in Estonia?
Not necessarily. Management, staff and business activity in another country can create obligations there. We review cross-border matters with the relevant specialists.
Is a business bank account guaranteed?
No. Banks and payment providers apply their own eligibility and identity checks.
