11. Consulting Services – Additional Terms

Roch Agency offers professional consulting services billed at €50 + VAT per hour.

Payment must be made in advance
No refunds once payment is made or a case is initiated

12. Rental Terms (Where Applicable)

Roch Agency acts as an agent for property owners.

Short-term rentals: minimum 1 week
Long-term rentals: up to 11 months unless otherwise agreed

Payments

30% non-refundable reservation deposit
Remaining 70% due no later than arrival
Bookings within 30 days require full payment

Cancellations

All cancellations must be in writing
All payments are non-refundable

Security Deposit

Refunded within 10 days after departure if no damage occurs.

Tenant Obligations

Tenants agree to:

Maintain the property
Pay for damages
Follow community rules
Not sublet

Roch Agency and property owners are not liable for injury, loss or damage during the stay.

13. Governing Law

Rental disputes are governed by agreements between tenant and owner.

All other legal matters shall be governed by applicable laws relevant to the service provided.

14. General Provisions

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the website
These Terms constitute the entire agreement
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms
Rights under these Terms may not be transferred
