2.2 Vehicle Services (Private Clients)

Vehicle sourcing and brokerage, including luxury and premium vehicles
Import coordination, registration guidance and documentation support
Ownership transfer, inspections, insurance and tax coordination

2.3 B2B Vehicle Sourcing & Import (China → EU)

Roch Agency provides professional B2B vehicle sourcing and import coordination services exclusively for EU-based car dealers, importers and professional buyers.

Services may include:

• Wholesale vehicle sourcing

• On-site inspection and verification through dedicated agents

• Export documentation coordination

• International transport coordination

• Ex-import pricing only

Roch Agency does not sell China-sourced B2B vehicles to private end customers and does not compete with authorized vehicle dealers.

Roch Agency acts solely as a B2B vehicle sourcing and import partner and does not operate as an authorized dealer, distributor or manufacturer representative.

Vehicles are supplied without manufacturer warranty unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Any warranty coverage, if applicable, is provided exclusively by independent third-party warranty providers.

Roch Agency does not represent, act on behalf of, or replace official European importers or authorized dealer networks.

Final homologation, registration, taxation and national approval requirements remain the responsibility of the importing party.

For vehicle sourcing services, Roch Agency acts solely as a coordination and sourcing partner and does not guarantee delivery timelines, registration approval or market outcomes.

 

9. Risk and Delivery

Risk and responsibility for vehicles transfer in accordance with the agreed commercial terms (Incoterms).

Delivery timelines may be affected by production schedules, logistics, customs procedures, port operations or force majeure events.

 

10. Notices

All official notices must be sent to:

Notices are deemed received upon delivery.

 

11. Consulting Services

Consulting services are billed at 65€/per hour.

Payment must be made in advance.
No refunds are provided once payment has been made or a case has been initiated.

 

12. Rental Terms (Where Applicable)

Roch Agency acts solely as an intermediary between property owners and tenants.

Payments:
30% non-refundable reservation deposit
70% balance due prior to arrival

Bookings within 30 days require full payment.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
All payments are non-refundable.

Security deposits are refunded within 10 days after departure if no damage is identified.

 

13. Governing Law

Rental matters are governed by agreements between tenant and property owner.

All other matters shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

 

14. Final Provisions

Roch Agency may update these Terms at any time by publishing revisions on the website.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

By using this website or engaging Roch Agency’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
